Babyrose committed to provide better service, and has therefore a liberal cancellation / Return & Refund policy. Under the below policies:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or if the order is not already shipped from our warehouse.
  • We does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items.  However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • Please note that there might be slight color differences depending on the monitor /device you are viewing the site from and we do not take responsibility for slight variations in the final product delivered.
  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he / she will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned will be applicable.


  1. In case you did not like the product(s) or it did not meet your requirement or expectation we will be glad to take it back. However, the customer needs to call us and notify within 24 hours of delivery date.
  2. Call us if you have received a damaged or a defective product(s) within 24 hours of delivery date. The replacement is subject to availability of the product(s) in our stock.
  3. Exchange can only be done in case of a size & Colour mismatch. The replacement is subject to availability of the product(s) in our stock.
  4. Customer needs to re-pack the product(s) and courier it to return address mentioned below.
  5. Customer needs to pay for the courier / shipping cost.

Please read carefully the “Conditions” mentioned below.


  1. In case, the customer was provided with free shipping facility (Orders above INR 500) we will refund 90% of the product cost.
  2. In case, the customer was not provided with free shipping facility (Orders below INR 500) we will deduct the actual courier / shipping cost and refund the remaining amount.
  3. The amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment as used during the checkout process. If the customer had opted for Cash on Delivery option then refund will be made via a cheque or an online transfer of funds to the customer’s bank account.
  4. Refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product(s).

  1. The return process of the product(s) will be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product(s).
  2. Customers can return, exchange or claim a refund within 7 days of purchase date.
  3. Product(s) should be UNUSED.
  4. Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

Re-packaging the product(s)

  1. Ensure all the tags, warranty cards, packaging material etc are intact.
  2. Pack the product(s) in a way to ensure that the reverse transit will not damage the product(s).
  3. Fill up the form sent with the authorizing mail, mentioning the order number, product details, any concerns or queries, etc.
  4. Pack the form with the product.
  5. Mention the return address clearly and choose a reliable courier / shipping service to send the package to Angels Basket.

6. It is customer’s responsibility to track and ensure that the package reaches our warehouse. Refund can only happen once the package is received at the warehouse.
